Need a EU or US resident to help me with app purchase in an online store

Hi. Humblebundle stopped to service residents of my state. I need somebody from US or EU willing to register there to buy Dungeondraft (TT map editor) for me, which costs ~20$ You'll need to be a resident with a local cell phone number, VPN and online SMS services won't do (they resort to manual approvals of suspicious purchases, it won't work). Here is the plan: 1. I'll give you my email which you'll use in a widget at dungeondraft.net site 2. You'll pay for the app to Humblebundle 3. We'll work together if any further steps will be needed, like me sharing you a link where you'll have to confirm your cell phone number etc 4. The job is only done if they validate your purchase; you won't lose your money if they won't, they don't charge your card until then
