Make sure the menu list that appears doesn't include the Profile option. If the Profile option is present, this means a pet was previously created for this account, meaning the task cannot be completed. If the Profile option isn't present, select Add Pet. Fill out the form, making sure to check all consent and permission boxes at the end of the form. Be sure to use the email address specified for the account you're logged in to.
Adding more than one profile from the same email address is not paid. If a pet has already been created, adding a new pet profile to the same account is not paid. If the profile email address is different from the account email address, the task is not paid. Do not attempt to delete a previously created pet—this will be visible in the database. Therefore: one email address from an account = one pet profile. All profiles are subject to verification to ensure they meet the task requirements! IMPORTANT: Since the task can be completed multiple times, please use email addresses with different structures whenever possible and alternate domains (if the email addresses are on different domains).
