Description
I draw a floor plan in CAD (DWG + PDF) from the dimensions and materials you send: a shop, office or home up to about 100 m2. A hand sketch photo is also fine. Starting price: $5 (a single-room sketch). A full floor plan up to 100 m2 is typically $25, confirmed by custom offer after I see your sketch. Delivery 3 days, 1 revision included.
HOW I DRAW
- Dimensions are placed in 3 rows (openings / column and wall centers / overall), and every row is checked so it adds up to the overall length before delivery.
- Doors and windows get tags (SD-1, AW-1 and so on) and a door/window schedule (size, opening type, material) is added on the same sheet.
- Each room gets its name, area and ceiling height.
FILES YOU GET
- Floor plan 1 sheet: DWG + PDF + a dimension check table (your dimensions vs. the finished drawing)

- On-site measuring and new design work
- Permit drawings that need an architect's stamp, structural calculations or building code review

COPYRIGHT
- The finished drawing belongs to you after payment and delivery. Your files are used only for your order.

Is a sketch with only some dimensions OK?
I use the written dimensions as they are and ask you about missing ones instead of guessing. If there are no dimensions at all, I draw in proportion and tell you in advance that it may differ from the real space.
Who owns the copyright of the drawing?
After payment and delivery, the copyright of the finished drawing passes to you. I do not use it in a portfolio without your permission.
Can I choose the CAD version?
Yes. The default is DWG 2000 format; I can also save in the version you need (2007, 2013, 2018 and so on), together with a PDF.
