I visited Loews in Miami in June and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Johan for the friendly service at the beach and for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Came to celebrate my loved ones birthday and had a ball! The Loews Hotel and staff is amazing. Put beach attendant Johan and server Randy catered to our every need and made us feel like celebrities! I would recommend this establishment to anyone!
