I started my career in the BPO industry in February 2014 and worked there until 2019, gaining nearly six years of hands-on experience in technical support, sales, and customer service. During this time, I honed my communication skills, built adaptability, and learned how to effectively handle client needs in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
In 2019, I transitioned into freelancing, where I’ve continued to grow and diversify my skill set. Since then, I’ve taken on roles such as customer service representative, appointment setter, cold caller, retention specialist, account manager, and email support agent. These experiences have helped me become highly independent, results-driven, and confident in managing client relationships across different industries.
