Key Responsibilities:
Research and monitor relevant online communities, forums, and social media where potential users of our service are active.
Craft thoughtful, user-like responses that promote our service subtly and authentically, without coming across as a direct advertisement.
Mimic the style and tone of real users to build trust and credibility in various online spaces.
Regularly track and report on the engagement created, providing insights on what's working and what can be improved.
Maintain a positive, professional, and long-term working relationship with our team.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different online communities and platforms.
Strong research skills to identify relevant online spaces and discussions.
Familiarity with various social media platforms, forums, and online communities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing conversations.
