Setting up a website for selling my book.

I have a hosting account and need a name for my book I will pay you 20 fixed rate to set up the website and also i want to sell the book using social media or other ways if you think that is a good idea to use you tube or some other way. for 100 sales of the e-book at 24 dollars each i will pay you 50 dollars if you can get 1,000 sales in the first 2 weeks i will give you a bonus of a 100 dollar's That would give you a total of 500 dollars for 2 weeks and the 100 dollars bonus for a total of 600 dollars if you do a good job i may hire you on a monthly bases for other projects at 500 dollars per month.
